Every January we invite every Larkmoor family back for the winter pack walk — twelve corgis in red coats, one snowy bridleway, and a camaraderie you can hear half a mile off.
Corgis were built for weather like this. The double coat shrugs off snow, the short legs plough cheerfully through drifts, and the herding instinct keeps the whole waddling parade loosely together.
